We had an amazing time at Brewski Chester! The service was fantastic—our servers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We visited from 3 hours away for a date night, and one of the servers had even gone to uni where we’re from, which made for a lovely connection. We’d spotted Brewski on Instagram a few days earlier and knew we had to try it, and it absolutely lived up to (and maybe even surpassed) our expectations. I had the pulled duck topped fries, my partner had the steak topped chips, and we shared what might be the best mac and cheese we’ve ever had. Great portion sizes for the price. Highly recommend!
We attended for a small birthday meal and it was lovely. The birthday boy got a free drink (beer or wine) and whilst the price of the place overall wasn't strictly cheap, the quality and flavour was brilliant. I had the bone marrow burger (easily one of the best burgers I have had), my wife had the pulled lamb tacos and a side of cauliflower wings, my eldest had the chicken burrito (which was massive) and my youngest had the chicken nuggets. All of the food was genuinely delicious, well made and the portions were good. The customer service was excellent, the restaurant was stylish and immaculate, and the music good. There was also a decent children's menu. My only concern would be that due to being situated on the rows, the accessibility for some may not be ideal. With drinks and a tip (this is automatically added to your bill) for 4 including drinks it came to about 87 which isn't bad at all. I will certainly be back.

We arrived at 12pm and were the first table in, but by the time we left, the place was packed—a clear sign of how popular this spot is. We tried the festive burger and the nduja, ham, and brie burrito, and both were absolutely delicious. The festive burger was packed with flavor, with juicy patties and all the classic toppings. The burrito was massive—stuffed with a mouthwatering mix of spicy nduja, rich brie, and savory ham, all wrapped in a perfectly grilled tortilla. Both dishes were generous in portion size—definitely big enough for leftovers, which we happily took home in a handy takeaway box. Food was served quickly, which was impressive, especially considering how busy the place got after we arrived. The speed of service, combined with the quality of the food, makes **Brewski** a top-notch spot for a satisfying meal, whether you're dining in or taking away. All in all, Brewski is a must-visit in Chester, especially if you’re in the mood for filling, flavorful comfort food. Brewski goes above and beyond with it's exciting menu. The Mrs gave it a rare 10/10 from here. Even the cocktails were different (I had a New York Sangria which included whiskey, pineapple and rosemary, leading me to order a second one!). French Onion burger was fantastic, as was the fried mozzarella starter. The steak loaded fries are just like what you see on Instagram. Service was great, friendly and efficient. Can't fault it, will no doubt be back. American style comfort food at its punchiest.
Worth the 3 hour drive! Photos do not do it justice. Food was brilliant, but I will warn the portions are huge (definitely value for money!) I got a burger with poutine, my partner got the brewski burrito with fries and we got a mix of dips to share between us. Finished off with milkybar mousse pies! Service was also class, Liam was our server and he, alongside his manager Lucy made us feel very welcome. Next time we are in Chester - will definitely pop by again!
Been following you guys on insta for over a year but never thought we'd get to try you out so today we made 6hr journey specially to put you to the test and boy did you deliver!! We went for the HUGE and delicious butcher and butter platter and omg it was mouth watering. Soooo much food!! We will be back to try out your Sunday roast but for now it's food coma time. Did a trip from Birmingham just to try the food here and I can honestly say, well worth the trip. A massive thank you to Rachel who was very understanding about us being a little over our booking time :) I highly recommend the poutine for anyone who has never tried it before, will be coming back for sure end of the year to attempt the platter
